Comfortable stay in a great location

Great location close to the BTS, malls, many restaurants on Lang Suan road. Friendly and helpful staff. Not luxurious, but worth the money.

The kitchen was very minimally equipped so I ended up not using it much even though it had been one of my criteria for choosing the room.

Hotel is tucked in an alley just off a busy road. Due to this our taxis and grabs took a long time to get to us. Closest convenient store was a 10 min walk from hotel Pool water was ice cold. Couldn’t swim in it.

Staff were so accomodatin and kind to us, location was perfect for us who just wanted to shop! So many amenities we didn

Location being not too far from central shopping mall, staff were so kind and accomodating!

The swimming pool area seemed untidy and the pool looked dirty at the bottom and was not very enticing to me

Spacious room.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is close to the skytrain and a few stops on that followed by a city line boat takes you to the grand Palace. The nearby Arun restaurant was a good Thai restaurant.

The hotel is a bit shabby in places.

Great location, spacious suite, friendly service especially in the restaurant. Value for money.

Excellent facility especially for a couple. Room is spacious and the location is brilliant

Spacious room and balconies. Location very close to key facilities and main shopping center Relatively stable internet Relatively well stocked kitchen, though we never cooked

No smart/internet TV, so couldnt enjoy Netflix, youtube, etc directly on the TV Cleaners often forgot to restock key items such as tissue, soap, etc AC was too noisy/loud, though effective in cooling the room Broken coffee maker No laundry machine

Wonderful hotel and people!

Definitely in the Top 5 of hotels we've stayed in. Apartment sized with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and balcony you can chill out in at the end of the day. Location is safe and not far from top attractions and shopping malls. BTS is at the corner, it connects you everywhere. The staff is wonderful! They attended to our requests almost immediately. Win and the Reception team greeted us warmly when we arrived. The welcome drinks were delicious! Keng, the Concierge, was especially helpful. We highly recommend Dusit Suites Ratchadamri! We hope to stay again when we next visit Bangkok.

It's a small issue but may I suggest using scented conditioner when washing towels? Thailand has a lot of scents available, this shouldn't be a major project.

Good service. Good bed. Good pillow.

The huge room. The good looking and the very good and very professional staffs.

They came to fresh up the room very late. I was out and about enjoy BKK til 4 pm and tired and need to rest in my fabulous room, but the room still not done. I have to go down napping in the lobby waiting every single days I stayed here. Never had this kind of service in any hotels I’ve stayed all over the world. This hotel is the only one. Breakfast !!! I asked for poached eggs and bacons for breakfast. I got a tiny piece of bacon and a poached egg!! Every single morning too. I didn’t say anything because I like to enjoy the real service hotels can give to guests. This is too funny.

Liked the apartment feel with a kitchen and living room. Great Location!

Location was great. Easy access to BTS and very close to Siam. Booked here because it was a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen which meant having some space from my fellow traveler my 13 year old. Definitely comfy since it felt like an apartment. Will definitely stay again and refer to friends and family.

After having big buffet breakfasts at other accommodations this was pretty tiny but had everything you needed to start your day.

Lovely hotel in a great location, good value for a 5 star property.

The hotel is well located within easy walk to shopping malls as well as skytrain station. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the pool area and fitness centre are well maintained. We stayed in two bed suite and it was beautiful and spacious.

The only problem that we had was with the consistency and temperture of water in shower. It was either too hot or too cold - very difficult to regulate.

lovely apartments, but not great facilities

exceptional location near the sky train in the centre of town. but very quiet as over looks the US embassy gardens. really lovely view. wonderful apartment. great beds and very luxurious. big balconies with lots of space to sit outside and outside chairs provided. Air con worked very well. nice kitchen area .

the evening drinks and canapes included were very sparse. only beer and soft drinks and in total 2 very small plates of canapes. not worth the bother. the pool is enclosed and totally in shade, not inviting at all. housekeeping was late, about 4pm. but they were full when I was there so I guess its to be expected. breakfast also very small choice. its not really a hotel and I don't think most people make use of the restaurant, its very small. Nowhere easy to walk and eat in the evenings. its more of a long stay place and if your looking for holiday hotel vibes , its not the place. but great apartments themselves.
